BALLET
In Wasatch Ballet's ballet classes, emphasis is placed on correct ballet technique without compromising self-expression and personal development. Dancers perform exercises at the barre and in the center which develop strength, flexibility, balance, and artistry. We use ABT National Teachers' Training Curriculum (American Ballet Theater) a breakthrough program that combines high quality artistic training with the basics of dancer health and child development. Curriculum consists of a comprehensive set of age-appropriate, outcome-based guidelines to provide the highest quality ballet training to dance students of all ages and skill levels.

POINTE
In pointe classes, Wasatch Ballet's emphasis is placed on building strength and flexibility needed for pointe. We practice at the barre and at center to safely develop pointe technique. Classical Repertoire is also learned.
