Kids Acro Dance Classes in Lindon, Orem & Utah Valley

Does your child love cartwheels, handstands, and trying new tricks? Acro Children’s 1 at Wasatch Ballet Conservatory in Lindon, Utah is the perfect place for them to safely explore all of that energy and excitement.

Our beginner acro class blends basic tumbling skills with dance technique so dancers build strength, flexibility, and control — all while having a ton of fun. Acro Children’s 1

Ages: 5–9
Day/Time: Thursdays · 4:15–5:00 PM
Level: Entry-level — no experience needed​
Acro Children’s 1 is designed for kids who are new to acro orhave only a little experience. We start with the basics and progress step by step so dancers feel safe, successful, and excited to learn.

In Acro Children’s 1, dancers will:
  • Learn foundational acro skills such as bridges, rolls, handstands, and cartwheels
  • Build strength, flexibility, and body control
  • Practice safe technique and proper alignment
  • Improve balance and coordination
  • Connect acro skills with dance style and musicality
  • Develop confidence as they master new tricks

Meet the Teacher

Alexandra Sullivan
Alexandra is an experienced dance and acro educator with a passion for helping young dancers build strong foundational skills in a positive, encouraging environment. Trained in ballet, jazz, tumbling, and creative movement education, Alexandra creates classes that blend structure with joy to keep young dancers engaged as they develop coordination, artistry, and creativity.
