DRESS CODE

Youth Ballet Dancers at Wasatch Ballet
​Please note: We strive to maintain a professional atmosphere for our students. Therefore, our dress code will be enforced at all levels.

FOR ALL CLASSES:
Long hair must be pulled away from the face and worn in a bun (if hair is long enough). Short hair must be pulled away from the face.

DANCE EXPRESSIONS & COMBO: Girls—Any color of leotard and tights. Sansha or Bloch canvas, split-sole, ballet pink, ballet shoes and black tap shoes. Hair pulled away from the face. Boys—Sweats or tights, t-shirt or leotard. Black ballet shoes (Sansha or Bloch canvas split sole) and black tap shoes.

BALLET & INTRO: Girls—Black leotard, pink tights, Sansha or Bloch canvas, split-sole, ballet pink, ballet shoes). Hair in a bun. No skirts or shorts.  Boys—Black shorts or tights, white      t-shirt or leotard, black ballet shoes (Sansha or Bloch canvas split sole).

ACRO: Any color of leotard, shorts or tights. Bare feet.

JAZZ & CONTEMPORARY: Girls & Boys—Any color of leotard,   (t-shirt for boys), black leggings or shorts. No jeans or baggy clothes. Socks and knee pads required for contemporary.

​COMPANY: Company or black leotard, Capezio Seamed    Professional Mesh Tights (#9) in Theatrical Pink. Bloch         Pro-elastic or Synchrony Canvas Split Sole Ballet Shoes.
